I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

My name is Jamie, a highly qualified fitness professional with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their health and wellness goals. With three years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, I've honed my skills as a Level 3 Fitness Instructor and earned the title of MRSPH (Minster representative of public health) Nutrition Specialist. My dedication to empowering others to lead healthier, more active lives led me to expand my services to become an Online Fitness Coach as well.
I specialise in Strength & Conditioning, alongside with my passion for Powerlifting. I also have the unique privilege of working with a F1 Historic Motor Racing Team, providing fitness and nutrition support to clients during their races.
