Becoming a fitness expert has always been an ambition of mine, helping people physically and mentally for the better. Showing them that life can be enjoyed through exercise and healthy living. There is no better feeling in the world when you have passed on your knowledge to a client, to then see them achieve their own goals and to see how much that means to them.
My experience with fitness training has now been going on for around eight years, at which I have tried a variety of areas within training and nutrition. I have a Level 3 diploma in personal training, this then took my level of knowledge to the next stage of my life. Through all my years of training I have found out that living a healthy life both physically and mentally is the most important goal to ever achieve. A balance of both of these equates to healthy living.
Being a fitness instructor does not mean I do not enjoy myself from time to time. Even though I try to promote a healthy living, I believe a balance of enjoying yourself is equally as important. Life if much more than just sets, reps and calories!
Life is nothing but the moments you live in-between.
