My 1-1 personal services allow me to Improve and specifically work on an individual's performance, targets and goals. 1-1 sessions really give myself the ability to give all my attention to yourself, in order for us work towards your specific goals no matter your level of experience. Single sessions are 45 minutes long.
Group coaching sessions are an awesome way to start getting fit with your friends. Planning enjoyable sessions are my main priority whilst ensuring everyone at any level can get the most out of it. Mixed classes and specific gender classes can be arranged. Group sessions are 60 minutes long.
My online support allows myself to take away the stress from your day to day life. Offering and planning achievable goals, training regimes, tailored calorie intake, weekly check ins and weekly adjustments means I take you through step by step each day/week and month.
No matter whether you are new to training or have years of experience, I am able to provide my professional help and specific services to allow us to work together to get where you want to be. Each and every day you learn something new and this applies to all ability levels, there is always room for improvement. Do not be scared to start making moves towards a healthier way of living.
