Online coaching is a simple but effective way to be able to connect with clients anywhere in the world via your phone/ computer or tablet. I take your desired goals whether they are simple or extremely challenging and we then plan the best possible program for you.
What does it include ?
Gone of the days of PDF/ Excel programs, now everything can be done through ONE single App, currently available on IOS and via your laptop online. I have now the J.H Coaching App, it allows me to provide you with everything that you need to achieve your goals whilst being extremely user friendly.
My online coaching consists of:
- Detailed training plan (with exercise demonstration videos.)
- Tailored daily calories (With multiple meal plan ideas.)
- Constant support and contact to myself.
- Simple and easy check in forms.
- Finally, weekly check in calls.
What sort of time frame are your programs ?
Not sure if this is for you ? do not worry, I won't be tying you into a 3 month program from the word GO. Online coaching isn't for everyone so to see if we are fit and this is something you want to continue with i have available:
4 week - Trial month: This allows us to see how myself and you work together, it gives you a chance to not feel tied down if it is not for you.
8-12 weeks : If this is something you feel you want to stick with I then have a minimum program time of 8+ weeks, progression takes time and this is something you will need to learn. Nothing happens over night but I am here to take you through step by step each day and night.
